Board Bill Services
As dictated by RSMo 221.070 and RSMo 221.120, the burden to pay for the costs of imprisonment, including medical and prescription fees, falls on the inmate.
If you have been incarcerated due to Caldwell County charges, you are obligated to pay those expenses to the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department.
After your release, you should immediately contact the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department to obtain your bill and make payment arrangements. Failure to contact this office will not eliminate your obligation to pay and your debt may be forwarded to the courts for judgment and / or a collection agency due to failure to pay.
