Celebrate safely. Drink responsibly. Remember Blair's Law and that celebratory and reckless gunfire is now illegal in Missouri. 

Blair's Law Penalties: 

1st Offense: up to 1 year jail / $2,000 fine

2nd Offense: up to 4 years prison / $10,000 fine

3rd Offense or more: up to 7 years prison / $10,000 fine

Injury/Death: Enhanced penalties

What goes up must come down! Falling bullets can penetrate roofs, cars and kill.
